Wholesale Securities Division

The Wholesale Securities Division provides access to a multitude of VUL and VA products through several carriers. For those securities licensed professionals who are looking for the "Right Product" every time, not the "Proprietary Product" all the time, our wholesale division is for you. In addition to access, we provide comparative analysis, case design support, contracting and licensing assistance, and home office problem solving in a supportive and trustworthy manner.

Jay Matthews
Jay is branch manager for NPC. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Certified Financial Planner and holds Series 6, 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. Jay joined Producers Financial Group in 1990 and is currently responsible for all aspects of securities marketing.

Mike Cleary
Mike Cleary is the Area Life Consultant for the Protective Life Insurance Company covering the Minnesota territory. Mike holds industry certifications as a Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, Registered Health Underwriter and holds a Series 6 and 63 securities license. Mike's educational background includes Bachelor degree in business and accounting, and a graduate degree in business.

Rich Hinkle
Rich Hinkle is the Area Life Consultant for Protective Life and handles policy review and design for North Dakota and South Dakota along with parts of Minnesota and Montana.
