Fixed Life Division

The Fixed Life Division is dedicated to those agents primarily seeking a relationship in which substantial amount of their production are committed to one marketing organization. Those agents receive significant training, support, case design assistance, and access to a large number of quality PPGA carriers.

Gary Paulsrud
Gary heads the PPGA division and has devoted his business career to the insurance and financial services industry. He also serves as President of PFG , a company he founded in 1988. From the onset of his career in 1967 , Gary has held various sales, marketing, administration, and executive positions with major life insurance companies. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter and has served on many advisory councils with various insurance carriers. He has served LIMRA as chairman of their PPGA Advisory Board.

Rich Hinkle
Rich joined PFG in December 2003 and prior to that he was in Advertising Sales. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He is available to agents for help regarding fixed life and variable life.

He can assist you in case design, proposals, marketing, forms and can also help with difficult underwriting cases. Rich is also involved with the development and implementation of PFG's website, so any questions or comments should be directed to him. Shannon Kalash
Shannon joined PFG in May 2006.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with specializations in Marketing, Management, and Real Estate from Mayville State University .
